"What's the Big IDEA?" is a dynamic showcase of stories focused on inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA). This event brings together storytellers from diverse backgrounds to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs, fostering empathy and understanding within our community.

Featuring dynamic speakers from diverse backgrounds:

- Dr. Amy Hunter - A renowned advocate for racial equity and social justice.

- Dr. Tabari Coleman - A human relations consultant and  respected leader in promoting diversity and inclusion.

- Joan Lipkin - An influential voice in the arts, civic engagement and social justice.
